Job Title: Sales Director

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Position Type: Full-time

Job Overview: The Sales Director will be responsible for driving the sales strategy, building

the sales team, and achieving revenue targets in the Riyadh region. This role requires a

dynamic leader with a proven track record in sales, strategic planning, and team management.

The Sales Director will work closely with senior management to develop and implement

sales strategies, enhance customer relationships, and expand market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning and Execution:

o Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve regional

revenue targets and business growth.

o Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and customer needs to

drive sales initiatives.

o Set and monitor performance metrics and KPIs to ensure targets are met.

2. Team Management:

o Lead, mentor, and building high-performing motivated sales team to achieve

individual and team goals.

o Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to

team members.

o Organize training and development programs to enhance the team’s skills and

knowledge.

3. Customer Relationship Management:

o Build and maintain strong relationships with end users, contractors, architects

and project managers.

o Address customer concerns and feedback promptly to ensure high levels of

satisfaction.

o Oversee the negotiation and closing of high-value contracts and deals.

4. Market Analysis and Reporting:

o Analyse market trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences to

inform sales strategies.

o Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to senior

management.

o Monitor and analyse sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a

senior leadership role, preferably in the food plants, industrial or cold rooms

refrigeration related industry.

• Language: Fluent in English and Arabic.
