Key Roles and Responsibilties
Qualify the training needs of the direct and indirect teams and participate in the development of the specifications in conjunction with the manager.
Develop and design pedagogical tools and sales playbook in order to significantly improve the performance of sales teams.
Lead most training modules.
Adapt the training modules according to the pedagogical goals and the participants' profile.
Be in constant contact with the MD's, Team leaders, Human Resources, PLM and Marcom in order to adapt the training to the demand when it necessary.
Communicate, coordinate, and deploy training led by another resource or by an external trainer.
Measure the relevance and performance of training.
Coordinate all webinars in his/her region
Work with product marketing to create relevant “pitch sheets”.
Ensure competitive intelligence to create relevant and comparative tools
Support all needed translation for LMS Platform
Record product presentation videos on TEAMS for the LMS platform
