- Effectively and efficiently achieve the Key Performance Indices (KPIs) assigned
- Report to Head of Sales & Marketing
- Mentor junior employees and lead a team.
- Assist in recruit and interview new employees.
- To subsequently build and manage a team of sales and marketing personnel &/or hybrid sales-marketing engineers
- Penetrate, manage and liaise with developers / consultants / architects / main-contractors / sub-contractors to ensure sales realization
- Plan and execute sales activities to ensure hitting of sales' targets
- Plan the marketing activities with evaluation in terms of effectiveness, costs, etc.
- Plan the team's sales target, forecast and budget with the action plans to achieve them
