Sales & Market Expansion.

Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve growth targets for steel stiffeners in Indonesia.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities with key accounts like EPC contractors, distributors, and government projects.

Build a robust project pipeline by tracking upcoming construction projects.

Prepare and deliver technical sales presentations to clients and consultants to specify products in project designs.

Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms in line with company policies.

Monitor and support distributor performance through regular reviews, sales training, and joint visits.

Coordinate closely with own team (sales Executive/ account manager,) production, logistics, and technical teams to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction.

Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on sales performance, pipeline development, and market trends.

Track and manage project opportunities through CRM or sales tracking systems.
