The main responsibility of this single contributor account manager (without
subordinates) is to perform both Specification (70%) and Sales (30%).
Assist in the development of the service business development strategy for Thailand in Chemical Construction, especially waterproofing, sealant and fireproof and flooring.
To independently identify and source for project(s) for the project pipeline
(specification and sales).
Coordinated with sales support to provide invoice, quotation, delivered timing.
Develop close working relationships with existing and potential customers at buyer level.
Ensure all sales actions are carried out and completed.
Investigate new business opportunities in Thailand market.
Assist with company division sales forecasting.
Issue a monthly report with overview of previous and forthcoming month sales
Ensuring all sales activity adheres to company systems, processes, and procedures.
