Leading a team of 3, you are responsible for channel marketing, marcom & digital marketing:
Understand current and future trends in major markets and ensure brand is appropriately positioned.
Maintain a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the competition’s product and pricing strategies.
Ensure consistency in new product launches
Responsibility for the overall sales performance of all product categories.
Develop and manage the marketing communications activities to achieve the maximum performance at the highest efficiency.
Manage and control the allocated budget to ensure most efficient use of resources.
Control to ensure consistency of brand image.
Manage the execution of digital marketing projects and activities in Philippines.
Responsible for the development, maintenance and optimization of brand websites for Philippines including e-commerce, APPs, digital sales tools (e-catalogues, e-coupons etc) and campaigns mini-sites. Coordinates the development, implementation and tracking/monitoring of successful ROI performing Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns aimed to boost online traffic with a strong offline conversion (= store visits) and/or lead generation.
Manage the development, implementation and tracking/monitoring of successful ROI performing social media campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn capable to support brand building in Philippines.
