The Senior Sales Manager / Business Development Manager role report to the Business Director-SEA I and will be tasked with defining sales opportunity strategies, guiding internal business line support functions throughout the opportunity capturing process, and managing sales campaigns.

 

This role entails overseeing business development and sales activities for various sectors, including Conventional Generation, Transmission, Distributed Energy, and Renewable Energy and Oil & Gas (such as LNG/FLNG).

 

Key Requirements:

  • Strong sales traits, including tenacity, competitiveness, persuasiveness, and overall interpersonal skills - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effective engagement both one-on-one and in group settings.
  • Proven ability to build teams and foster an appealing company culture, with strong partnerships, credibility, and authenticity across all organizational levels.
  • A strategic thinker with a keen understanding of customer needs and complex customer relationships on local, regional, national, and international levels.
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in Sales or Business Development, with at least 5 years in sales & marketing for services related to mid to large scale EPC projects.
  • Demonstrated sales or business development experience in the Philippines for a minimum of 5 years, with a solid track record in the Power industry.
