- Preparing product specification for commercial projects, presenting specification to prospective partners to make sure product specification is leading current market master specification.
- Understanding the customer needs, presenting and demonstrating product technically, preparing technical solution, calculations, budgetary cost. Site meeting with architects, designers, developers, construction companies to advice and support on technical performance for product and system function.
- Organizing seminar with Architects to present on product related technical topics, to educate and refresh on designer every year.
- Representing company to industry and commercial associations. Actively participate in periodic marketing events and conference to promote company capabilities and foster customer relationships.
- Reviewing and analysing of industry and competitors trends, working with cooperation with internal team to develop and trials of new products and systems.
- To develop technical specifications, providing and coordinating with designers on the details of system drawings and design and related technical support.
- Arranging product related testing and renewal process, to make sure product meets local market requirements and comply with regional regulations across ASEAN
