Job Description
To execute and implement sales action plans, track & monitor its development, ensure growth objectives and sales target are met.
To retain and further develop existing accounts, to develop new accounts, and continuously expand market penetration with full range product solutions.
To have strong contacts with industry stakeholders, i.e. architects, engineers, quantity surveyors, project owners, main contractors and specialist applicators.
To be able to understand customers’ requirements clearly and device matching product/system solutions for Waterproofing and Insulation systems.
To gather market intelligence and provide accurate market feedback to the team.
To manage debtors aging and ensure timely collection; to prepare monthly sales report.
Desired experiences/education/skillsets
3 – 5 years sales experience in similar market field.
Proficient in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
Ability to present to a large audience.
Relevant tertiary education is an added advantage but not a requirement.
