JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Develop and build strong projects pipeline through specification process in order generating revenue for the Company.
- Responsible for getting product(s) and systems specified with architects, consultants and engineers, championing focus product(s).
- Responsible for building, maintaining, and improving relationships with all existing and new stakeholders (developers, architects/consultants/engineers, general contractors, sub and specialty contractors and distributors).
- Working closely with Marketing team for implementing series of marketing campaign, seminars in private and public sectors.
- Working closely with Business Manager to align and compliment sales strategy for the Singapore market.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Civil – Architects and/or has technical building material background.
- Minimum 2 years in building material specification and/or as a sales engineer.
- Networking in building material industry, not limited in architects, consultants, contractors, or developers.
- Highly motivated person with strong drive to succeed and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Well organized with good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Strong verbal and written communicator.
- Team player.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications – Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint.
