Specification Specialist

Promote products and solutions to all stakeholders across targeted projects and verticals.

Ensure brand, products and solutions are accurately specified in tender documents.

Prepare and validate technical specifications and solution proposals to ensure alignment with project requirements.

Conduct seminars, customer experience visits and presentations to key stakeholders within access control industry.

Establish and maintain strong key accounts management relationships, focusing on penetrating targeted verticals and customers.

Play an integral part in specification supporting sales team generating lucrative sales pipeline.

Assist Specification Manager in all specification implementation plans & activities.

Collaborate closely with specification schedulers, sales, project management and operation teams to achieve individual and department goals.

Monitor and update on project information regularly using Salesforce.

Provide monthly updates on project status and follow-ups

Prepare all necessary documentation and materials required for successful specification submissions.
