Technical Project Manager

Manage projects and all project-related activities for the assigned region during the execution phase by coordinating internal and external resources, identifying deployment schedules, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation

Prepare project forecast for the COO and manage the project budgeting and cost activities

Work closely with the COO for any areas impacting the commercial aspects of the projects, raising issues to the COO as necessary

Liaise with pre-sales, sales and other operational teams to ensure optimal execution of projects

Be the main point of contact for customers and clients (including partners contractors, consultants and system integrators) and act as the technical lead expert of the project management team

Represent and participate in project team meetings including guest room mock ups

Provide training for new products and solutions to the internal team, customers and any other parties as necessary

Analyse project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines, and costs to ensure that the project team adheres to project requirements. Raise any issues internally or with the customers, partners, contractors, consultants and system integrators as necessary

Monitor work progress together with time management, process flow and implementation quality. Track, analyse and communicate key quantitative and qualitative metrics. Initiate corrective actions when required

Manage all project-related documentation including method systems, operations manuals and sequence of operations

Lead a team of project engineers by supervising, guiding, coaching and inspiring all team members to create and maintain a high-
