A global solar company is looking for someone with a good understanding and/or technical experience in sales for the photovoltaic solar industry to lead a growing sales team. This is a newly created role with hybrid work opportunities with the existing team in South Korea.

 

Responsibilities

  • Provide sales development plans for the teams and set monthly, or quarterly goals based on the team's performance to date

  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales budgets

  • Identify new clients and explore new market opportunities to expand the customer base

  • Ability to analyze the existing renewable energy market

  • Experience in managing key & existing accounts

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Power, Electrical or related field

  • Minimum 2+ years' of sales experience in the PV solar industry

  • Good technical background of the PV solar market

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Willing to travel on short notice for business

  • Proactive in problem solving

  • Able to communicate in English
