A global solar company is looking for someone with a good understanding and/or technical experience in sales for the photovoltaic solar industry to lead a growing sales team. This is a newly created role with hybrid work opportunities with the existing team in South Korea.
Responsibilities
Provide sales development plans for the teams and set monthly, or quarterly goals based on the team's performance to date
Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales budgets
Identify new clients and explore new market opportunities to expand the customer base
Ability to analyze the existing renewable energy market
Experience in managing key & existing accounts
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Power, Electrical or related field
Minimum 2+ years' of sales experience in the PV solar industry
Good technical background of the PV solar market
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Willing to travel on short notice for business
Proactive in problem solving
Able to communicate in English
