• Presenting Products and services on a technical level to clients from retail, installers, technical designers, showroom dealers and key accounts.
• Providing technical support, trouble shooting and trainings at side or by video conferencing, phone or other tools.
• Giving input to marketing by guidance concerning displays, show set-ups, technical literature, website input.
• Support for spec writing to win projects.
• Conducting field tests and certification procedures with local bodies in Singapore and allocated countries like Hongkong, Taiwan, Philippines, Vietnam, Malaysia and others.
• Close collaboration with the Export department at HQ in Germany and other specialists at the HQ in Germany.
• Take over of handling technical c and retail clients including sales responsibility in adjustment with the Sales Director in Singapore.
• Connecting to the international Technical team and supporting the group.
• Willing to travel in the specific region of South East Asia.
• Responsible for proper care of CRM data and complaint management tools.
• The candidate must have computer skills on a very good level and be experienced with MS-Office, CRM and ERP systems.
• Proven track record of similar activities within our or comparable industries.
• Open minded candidate with high motivation for problem solving and training.
