Territory Sales Manager, Saudi Arabia and MEA SPEC

Own the P&L Saudi Arabia: Deliver the revenue & Net margin

 

KEY TASKS:

A- Drive the MEA business

  • Setting up sales strategy and driving the execution
  • Managing distributors & Building Direct Accounts
  • Build up good connection with the A&D
  • Frequent / regular visit & presentation
  • Promote Formica image among Owner / developer
  • Implementing Pricing strategy
  • Ensure administrative functions for the business

 

B- Build brand leadership

  • Define the marketing plan with regional marketing head
  • Ensure strong presence with specifiers for relevant projects

 

C- Market Analysis:

  • ­Market size opportunities / threat analysis
  • ­ Competitor analysis
  • ­ Client types analysis & recommendation
  • ­ Product portfolio management

 

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

D. Sales & Marketing understanding

  • Understand the targets
  •  Understand the working process
  •  CRM use
  •  Strong presentation skill to specifier and consultants eg, interior designers, architects

 

E. Distribution management

  • Have already worked with multi distributors. Know to set up yearly contracts, targets, manage meetings, expectations, conflicts
  • Motivate the distributor to deploy sales effort to promote Formica product and build up long term partnership

 

F. Marketing - Brand background/experience

 

  • High end but not high luxury
  •  Marketing sense
  •  Build up brand image, differentiate from competitors

  • Strong sales/business acumen
  • Ownership- passion for this business
  • Motivating – engaging leader
  • Initiative, proactive
  • Strong social skills
  • Willing to travel in Middle East
  • Fluent English
  • Degree Holder

Maturity of candidate :

  • 10 years experience and the candidate demonstrate the passion, the drive
  • Aim to build a high profitability business

 

Presentation of products, values and qualities to Designers and Consultants and Owners:

  • Owner
  • Designer / Consultant
  • Distributor (towards the Contractor)

 

Identify, Qualify, Recruit, Onboard and Manager Performance of Distributors across the MEA Region.
