Ensure the accuracy and efficiency through the proper operation/information designed
Establish operation priority, identify/solve day to day operation processing issues
Conduct cycle count and reconcile the different with stock record
Maintain a high level of inventory record accuracy to minimize loss and late delivery
Develop and Review all SOPs to make practical recommendation for continuous improvements
Cost Control on warehouse operation
KPI target setting, measurement and achievement
Performance report and review
Bases on productivity target and volumes forecast to determine staffing and labors input
Recruit and staff training to maintain the competence of operation
In compliance with any policies which announced by company
Identify individuals for future promotion and develop programs to enhance operation staffs’ skills
Responsible for site safety and security maintenance
Through the risk management to minimize the incident exposed
Conduct the scheduling investigation and training on fire protection exercise
Prevent any damage loss in building/facility and site.
Implementation and monitor warehouse to comply with company’s policies, SHE report and achieve its annual KPI target
