Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies for dry wall solution including fiber cement plasterboard, gypsum plasterboard and insulation products.
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in construction industries, including developers, architects, interior designers, consultants and contractors.
Provide technical expertise on product selection and installation.
Collaborate with marketing for targeted campaigns and marketing materials.
Analyze market trends and customer needs.
Monitor project pipelines and sales performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, building service, marketing, business administration or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in dry wall sales or technical sales, with a strong focus on specification and working with developers, architects and contractors in both Hong Kong and Macau
Detailed knowledge of building codes, standards, and performance requirements for a wide range of ceiling and dry wall solution products in the Hong Kong and Macau markets
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with architects, designers, contractors, and developers
Proficiency in using CRM software and data analysis tools
Fluency in English and Cantonese Willingness to travel within Hong Kong, Macau, and the surrounding region as needed
