- To develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans that are aligned with corporate goals, identifying, and developing new products, markets and sales opportunities.
- Develop & build strong projects pipeline through specification process in order generating revenue for the company.
- Responsible for getting company’s product(s) and systems specified with architects, consultants and engineers, championing focus product/s.
- To conduct weekly presentation to architect, civil engineering consultants, interior designers, Main Contractor and developers.
- Getting ahead information from architects, developers planning such as new project development, building refurbishment.
- Responsible for building, maintaining, and improving relationships with all existing and new stakeholders (developers, architects/consultants/engineers, general contractors, sub and specialty contractors and distributors)
- Working closely with Marketing team for implementing series of marketing campaign, seminars in private and governments sectors.
- Working closely with sales team to ensure specified projects being remained/unchanged until order is secured.
