Control stock with distributor
Work with other managers to identify efficiency and effectiveness operations opportunities
Develop and implement uniform” best practices”
Continually work to minimize operations overhead expense
Display Management:
Maintain display appearance
Analyze display performance and address problems
Work with design team to maximize display effectiveness
Gather input from sales force about trends and requests from customers
Sales Force:
Provide salespeople with performance goals
Track and monitor performance against goals
Review with salespeople performance
Identify training needs and provide means to obtain training
Address and document problem quickly
Marketing:
Work with marketing team to develop the plan for showroom events
Implement the showroom plan
Increase exposure and presence in design community
Maintain awareness of competition and general market condition
Personnel Management and Communication:
Monitor performance of all showroom personnel, conduct annual reviews and document
Address personnel problems quickly
Ensure employee’s performance corresponds with documentation and salary increase
Maintain timely and effective communications with other managers and internal personnel
Designers Approach & Management:
Establish good relationship with all design associations & direct approach key design firms
Build good relationship with key10 & visit all 50 key firms to exchange contact to ensure we can directly service them in emergency situations
Establish good relationship with all design associations
Build up closer relationship with designers through program and generate sales and loyalty through experience center
Encourage designers to continuously purchase products and be the loyal partners to promote the brand
