Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive product information to architects and designers to facilitate the specification of our laminate products for their projects.
• Continuously update architects and designers on our product range and credentials, ensuring they are well-informed of our offerings.
• Develop new business opportunities by creating brand awareness within the interior design and architectural industries.
• Lead the team in achieving targets and objectives, assigning tasks accordingly.
• Ensure timely payment collection for the team's projects to maintain healthy cash flow.
• Source additional business opportunities, such as compacts and veneers, to expand our market presence and revenue streams.
Requirements:
• Proven track record of success in sales or business development roles, preferably within the interior furnishing industry.
• Strong network and connections within the architectural and design community, particularly with architects and designers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate product features and benefits to clients.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing business opportunities.
• Experience in project management and leading teams to achieve sales targets.
