Digitalization & ERP Assistant Manager

Support Business Application (ERP - M3) first level on incident resolution and change request for Business Unit in Malaysia & Singapore, coordinating with SEA/APAC Competency Center team based in Bangkok & China

Perform local Business Application (M3) services/supporting role by delivering the services aligned with services level agreement to local business (the incident management)

Conduct feasibility study to estimate development time and cost for each project and evaluate the IT (ERP& Digital) proposal to help user in the decision-making process.

Prepare detail plan for design development and implementation of systems to meet user needs, whether in-house or external.

Control the preparation of systems test and evaluate their outcome to ensure that standards are maintained.

Ensure that the provision of documentation which is accurate in order that future enhancement of corrections can be carried out efficiently.

Engage and Assist user department in instruction new procedures and train users to ensure these are implemented effectively and with the minimum or disruption.

Perform local Business Application (M3) security officer role and implementing Business Application (M3) security projects aligned with SG Global and regional plan/strategy.
