Business Development
• Develop and implement sales strategy for the relevant segments that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability
• Assist with the Annual Strategic Process and setting of following year business plan and sales targets
• Achieve/Exceed Regional Sales targets for responsible segments
• Understand market trends and competition sales data and provide regular market analysis and feedback
• Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new customers and markets
• Drive growth in specification in Hospitality and Commercial Projects
Account Management
• Develop and implement in-depth Key Account Plans in alignment with company strategy
• Create, develop and maintain relationships with all clients / customers / partners / official bodies in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction, promote the company branding and to sustain a long-term business relationship
• Conduct continuous market analysis and research on the dynamics of Key Accounts
• Disseminate annual sales budget to relevant customers, territories & segments.
• Monitor and provide regular feedback on results for each segment, customer and territory with analysis of results
• Respond to all stakeholders’ needs and enquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Work with the marketing team team to identify gaps in the products / services to make improvement
• Manage pricing for customers and projects that ensures competitiveness of offer while maintaining agreed overall regional gross margin
• Ensure all interactions with customers are recorded and maintained in a professional manner using the approved company systems and tools
• Ensure the successful conversion of specified projects into sales
