Business Development
Develop and implement sales strategy for the relevant segments that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability
Assist with the Annual Strategic Process and setting of following year business plan and sales targets
Achieve/Exceed Regional Sales targets for responsible segments
Understand market trends and competition sales data and provide regular market analysis and feedback
Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new customers and markets
Drive growth in specification in Hospitality and Commercial Projects
Account Management
Develop and implement in-depth Key Account Plans in alignment with company strategy
Create, develop and maintain relationships with all clients / customers / partners / official bodies in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction, promote the company branding and to sustain a long-term business relationship
Conduct continuous market analysis and research on the dynamics of Key Accounts
Disseminate annual sales budget to relevant customers, territories & segments.
Monitor and provide regular feedback on results for each segment, customer and territory with analysis of results
Respond to all stakeholders’ needs and enquiries in a professional and timely manner 
Work with the marketing team team to identify gaps in the products / services to make improvement
Manage pricing for customers and projects that ensures competitiveness of offer while maintaining agreed overall regional gross margin 
Ensure all interactions with customers are recorded and maintained in a professional manner using the approved company systems and tools
Ensure the successful conversion of specified projects into sales
