PROCESS ENGINEER
Job descriptions :
Responsible for technical design of plants to deliver contractual requirements.
To make sure design done as per International & Group standards, catering not only for capacity and quality, but also for the ease of continuing production and safe operation.
To produce clear, relevant, and updated engineering data that can be translated to specifications of all equipment for mechanical checking, purchasing, fabrication or information to customer.
To ensure that drawings produced by Drafting Team conforms to technical specifications given beforehand.
To ensure that project can be executed in smooth manner by supplying all relevant technical information timely to project engineers and customers.
To involve in start up and fine-tuning of plants and also to ensure activities are done professionally and efficiently, in accordance with contractual and client requirements.
Troubleshooting and providing technical solution as support to our customers.
Job Scope
Calculation of Basic & Detailed Engineering
Process Flow Diagrams, Process & Instrumentation Diagram
Familiar with Equipment General & Assembly Drawings
Design and arrangement of Plant layout (load and structural)
Process Flowcharts
Automation FAT
Piping Layout & Piping Checks on Site
Education and Experience Requirement
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering
Experience in process engineering or processing plant is appreciated for this position
Excellent analytical thinking, teamwork, interpersonal/communication skills, writing and problem-solving capabilities
Reliable, well-organised and detail oriented
Good proficiency in English (writing and speaking)
Applicants must be willing to travel locally and overseas as and when required
