Our client is a European building material company. They are expanding their footprint in Middle East, and they are looking to hire a project sales manager (newly created role) in Jeddah.
Responsible to reach project sales targets in the reference area.
Will work closely to our customer to inflate our culture and to help him to maximize the sales opportunities.
Responsible to identify key designers and developers of the area working in the luxury real estate and to build long-term collaborations.
Responsible to define customer plans with our partner, based on annual and 3-years growth targets that take into account the value chain (from sell-in to sell-out price).
Responsible for carefully prepare updates on the performances of the reference area for each periodic review with the zone director.
Business intelligence on the market on products, players, pricing and R&D.
Dealing with back-office team of the HQ in order to provide the client with the best service in terms of quality and timing.
3-5 years’ experiences within the building materials space
Preferably prior working experience in Europe
Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate with various functional levels – internally and externally
