JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Designing and implementing a sales plan strategy for sustainability process excellent & sustainability result growth.

• Achieving growth and hitting sales targets both personal & team member.

• Manage, monitor including develop sales & specification team for build strong project pipeline that can generate accurate forecast.

• Manage & expand customer database for every single product influence (architects, consultants, contractor, project owner, distributor, applicator).

• Key account management.

• Develop & penetrate new market segment.

• Conduct client visits and handle their enquiries as well as their quotation.

• Prepare and conduct presentation to existing and prospective clients.

• Deliver company’s product solution and specification to the customer.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3 years as sales & 2 years as manager level in building material product.

• Bachelor’s degree with engineering background preferable.

• Language skill - English and Thai 

• Good interpersonal skills.

• Managerial & leadership skill.

• Sales, marketing & business development skill.

• Successful previous experience as a sales representative, specification engineer or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.

• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.

• Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to execution.

• Strong business sense and industry expertise.

• Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
