- Establish and maintain regular contact with major specifiers, mechanical contractors, designers, builders, developers, and the lodging industry within the assigned area.
- Identify and recommend appropriate promotional and support material required to enhance the image within the project market and new residential market.
- Coordinate and implement presentations to major specifiers, mechanical contractors, designers, builders, developers and the lodging industry to introduce new products, assist in selecting product, writing proposals, specifications and obtaining approval of products.
- Work with local government authorities and inspectors to assure specific local approvals, listings or product standard tests.
- Coordinate and suggest company participation in industry associations and trade shows to promote products.
- Coach distributors with regard to project and new residential programs and the process involved in requesting quotations, submitting and releasing orders for jobs.
- Prepare and maintain required reports and forms related to daily sales activities, expenses, correspondence, etc.
- Coordinate and administer sales support materials, i.e. audio-visual equipment, literature, displays, product samples, catalogs and other sales materials.
