A global renewable energy company is actively looking for a Site Manager role to be based in Taiwan. The ideal candidate will have to be responsible for supervising and running existing/new construction projects. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that the construction project is completed on time.
Responsibilities
Oversee construction projects from construction to completion.
Managing and monitoring subcontractors’ work progress.
Ability to oversee the entire process and knowledge in project management relating to all operational and administration procedures.
Ensure the quality of works is achieved and safety regulations are complied with, schedule to complete on time, site organization and workforce management.
Qualifications
10 years experience in a construction environment or project-based work site
Bachelor in construction management, engineering or related field
Experience with large manufacturing facilities construction sites preferred
Strong communication abilities
