Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage business development efforts for international projects, including both ongoing and new initiatives.
Develop and maintain internal financial models, prepare scenario analyses, and manage information shared with external counterparts.
Support partner engagement across the full project lifecycle—negotiating terms, drafting documentation, and overseeing commercial elements.
Drive due diligence processes for new projects, coordinating closely with internal teams and external advisors to evaluate legal, financial, and commercial considerations.
Facilitate collaboration across internal and external teams to ensure smooth transaction execution.
Provide operational support to project entities as needed.
Requirements:
10+ years of experiences in Business Development within the energy market.
Strong command of advanced financial modeling techniques using Excel and presentation tools like PowerPoint.
Solid understanding and hands-on experience in areas such as M&A, project finance, capital structuring (including tax and cashflow optimization), shareholder and partnership agreements, and commercial contract assessments.
Familiarity with EPC and PPA frameworks is an advantage.
Background in sectors such as energy, infrastructure, investment banking, or private equity, particularly in roles focused on deal execution, advisory, or corporate development.
Demonstrated experience in managing negotiations and building relationships with external stakeholders.
