Country Manager (Commercial & Industrial Solar PV)
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee local operations, from business development to project implementation and management.
Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with EPCs and project developers.
Develop and execute regional strategy aligned with global leadership.
Serve as the local representative for stakeholders, including clients and partners.
Manage administrative and legal matters, and report to the international management team.
Requirements:
Proven expertise in the Philippine C&I solar market, including a strong network and hands-on experience delivering rooftop or ground-mounted systems to business customers.
Deep technical understanding of solar PV systems — including system design, components, load profiles, and energy consumption analysis for C&I clients.
In-depth knowledge of solar financing structures, particularly C&I leasing models and long-term PPA agreements.
Demonstrated success in B2B deal structuring and closing, especially within the renewable energy or infrastructure space.
Strong project management and coordination skills, with the ability to oversee multiple stakeholders and timelines.
Fluent in English and Filipino.
