Energy Transition Green Fuels Engineer - Vietnam
Requirements:
• Degree in Chemical Engineering from a recognized university
• The experience between 3 to 8 years as Process design or operational experience in the liquefaction/cryogenic Industry. LNG experience is preferrable
• Undertake analysis and development of feasibility reports, high-quality presentations related to CCUS/Hydrogen, Process modeling software (HYSYS), and experience in cost estimation such as CAPEX/OPEX
• Other technical software experiences such as Pipesim, PHAST, Python, QGIS are preferable
• Undertake the concept development of Hydrogen production, storage, and utilization along with CCUS potential technologies
• Review/Develop technical drawings, different calculations, and open for short International travel if required
• Strong English writing skills and should be fluent in Speaking
• Ability to multi-task, manage multiple interfaces and prioritize work
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Ability to multi-task, manage multiple interfaces and prioritize work.
• Knowledge of process modeling software and experience in the use of relevant technical computing tools and design tools for hydraulic calculations, TRV relief amongst other evaluations.
• knowledge of industry standards and practices related to process design and safety.
• Carry out PFDs & P&IDs, HMB Development, Design Pressure & Temperature Breaks & Protection Measures, HAZOP, SIL Assessment, Flare Flame Out & Dispersion Study, Consequence Analysis, Cryogenic Spill Protection, and Fire Fighting Measures.
• Review QRAs, develop Flare load calculation, Flare calculation using Flarenet and Flaresim
• Process sizing and calculation for LNG import terminal that will include vaporizers, tanks, pumps, etc.
• Preparation Feasibility report, Technical Due Diligence report and other technical reports as a part of Consulting company
