• Develop solution approach for the market with regional teams.
• Responsible leadership function in projects (market launch, product development).
• Quantitatively assess market needs and set marketing strategy.
• Select the product portfolio to be sold on the local market based on global product portfolio.
• Closely collaborate with GBO (e.g. PMM network, product approvals, business plans, market information)
• Produce and maintain market intelligence on competitors.
• Manage product life cycle on local markets (launch, growth, phase-out).
• Implement Global Product Management standards and concepts in the area coordination with GBO/SBO structure and Factories: Assist Regional Teams by facilitating and coordination with GBO and Factories for: 1. Product related topics, 2. Customer application topics, 3. Special projects.
• MIS: maintain and manage Marketing MIS at segment level for product-cluster’s: Growth & Profitability; Competitor details, market trends and regional-macro-economic data.
• Training: Assist and coordinate Training data.
