-Presents, promotes and sells products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
-Establishes, develops and maintains positive business and customer relationships
-Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
-Coordinates sales effort with team members and other departments to achieve agreed upon sales targets/outcomes
-Supplies management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services through a CRM solution
-Locates or proposes potential business opportunities (potential partners, potential business deals, potential projects
-Identifies opportunities for new sales campaigns, services, and distribution
-Identifies and develops the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators
-Develops negotiation strategies and positions
-Closes new business deals by coordinating requirement, developing and negotiating contracts.
-Developing Key account plans and regularly reviewing them for an excellent execution
