Establish and maintain regular contact with major developers, builders, main contractors, specifiers, architecture and interior design firms, and the lodging industry within the assigned area and key accounts.
Identify and recommend appropriate promotional and support material required to enhance the image of company within the project market and new residential market.
Coordinate and implement presentations to major developers, builders, specifiers, contractors, designers, and the lodging industry to introduce new products, and assist in selecting products, writing proposals, specifications and obtaining approval of company's products.
Work with local government authorities and inspectors to assure specific local approvals, listings or product standard tests.
Coordinate and suggest company participation in industry associations and trade shows to promote company's products.
Educate distributor personnel with regard to company's projects and new residential programs and the process involved in requesting quotations, submitting and releasing orders for jobs.
Prepare and maintain required reports and forms related to daily sales activities, expenses, correspondence, etc.
Coordinate and administer sales support materials, i.e. audio-visual equipment, literature, displays, product samples, catalogs and other sales materials.
