Job Title Technical Service Executive/Technical Service Assistant Manager
Reports to Technical Service Manager
Key Responsibilities
- To support the technical service team
- Conduct training and provide necessary training to customer
- Cover trouble shooting at customers in close cooperation with sales, research and manufacturing. Organize activities, including sampling, identifying problem source and reporting
- Participates in and follows application and product development activities. Leads implementation at core customers
- To complete and compile a report of the competitors benchmarking versus current product range, and provide a “close a gap” summary from time to time
- To conduct lab experiments for product development and trouble-shooting purposes
- Support the TS team for continuous product improvement project
- Review the Technical Data Sheet and Method statement from time to time
