Job Title              Technical Service Executive/Technical Service Assistant Manager

Reports to           Technical Service Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • To support the technical service team
  • Conduct training and provide necessary training to customer
  • Cover trouble shooting at customers in close cooperation with sales, research and manufacturing. Organize activities, including sampling, identifying problem source and reporting
  • Participates in and follows application and product development activities. Leads implementation at core customers
  • To complete and compile a report of the competitors benchmarking versus current product range, and provide a “close a gap” summary from time to time
  • To conduct lab experiments for product development and trouble-shooting purposes
  • Support the TS team for continuous product improvement project
  • Review the Technical Data Sheet and Method statement from time to time
