  • Lead and be responsible for digital transformation in Malaysia and Singapore, project execution, implementation and maintaining/updating the company with the latest tools/solutions
  • Discuss and work with cross-functional teams on their requirements, assess the process and make appropriate recommendations for digital solutions (including design, development or sourcing the solution from inhouse or external solutions) to improve productivity and provide a paperless and seamless digital experience for internal stakeholder
  • Be agile, always think digital, explore new opportunities and make recommendations for digital transformation that will benefit the business
  • Coordinate with the central and APAC digital team to ensure alignment of central and regional initiatives and strategies
  • Develop and implement a digital roadmap for Malaysia and Singapore to achieve the business objective
    Work closely with ERP, Infrastructure, Digital Team (cross-functional) and Software     developer
  • Work closely with ERP, infrastructure, digital team (cross-functional) and software developers (internal & external)
  • Carry out actual and budget planning for IT & digital costs
