Deploy the sourcing strategy for required categories in the Asia Pacific region.

Work closely with the regional stakeholders and internal customers to deliver

Communicate and challenge current and potential

suppliers to drive improvement in process efficiency, cost avoidance and customer satisfaction for the benefit of the Company

Lead, co-ordinate on the cost reduction initiatives for new & ongoing projects with different team and region under GPP (Global Purchasing Policy) governance

Select, evaluate & put together a supplier pool based on the criteria set forth in the purchasing policy, develop close relations with chosen suppliers

Provide report & budget monitoring for the relevant purchasing group

Liaise with vendors on the quotations & work with legal on the terms & conditions of the contracts
