Position Title: HR Business Partner
Location: Kuala Lumpur
Are you passionate about driving impactful people strategies and fostering strong employee relations? We're looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to collaborate closely with department heads and managers to shape a high-performing, inclusive, and engaged workplace.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on all people-related matters including workforce planning, talent management, and organizational change.
- Lead and support end-to-end workforce planning – from hiring to deployment and performance-based talent development.
- Build strong employee relations by ensuring fair and consistent application of HR policies and practices.
- Champion employee experience and DE&I initiatives, advocating open communication and positive engagement.
- Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence and People Services to deliver efficient and effective HR support.
- Stay current with employment legislation and evolving best practices.
What We’re Looking For:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in HR operations and/or business partnering.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Solid understanding of local employment laws and HR best practices.
- Commercially savvy, proactive, and adaptable.
