Responsibilities
Ability to support annual audits across projects in Asia, primary focus being in Taiwan.
Advise financial and executive departments.
Perform/support financial modelling, due diligence, risk analysis and project financing transactions
Assist with reviewing O&M contracts, acquisition agreements and leases relating to current/ongoing projects
build and maintain relations with external shareholders
Qualifications
Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related fields.
Interest/and or understanding of the renewable energy market.
Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Fluent in English and Mandarin
