Senior Front End Developer

Our client is a fast-growing Business Process Outsourcing company that leverages on technologies that caters for diverse verticals with intelligent solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
The position requires strong attention to detail, operational task management skills and problem-solving ability.
- Use markup languages like HTML to create user-friendly web pages.
- Develop and maintain high quality, fully tested source code, complying with high coding standard including monitoring and troubleshooting aspect (proper logging & exception handling)
- Design mobile-based features
- Ensure high quality graphic standards and brand consistency.
- Collaborate with back-end developers and web designers to improve usability.
- Optimize applications for maximum performance.
- Provide technical assistance during User Acceptance Test
- Get feedback from, and build solutions for, users and customers.
- Write functional requirement documents and guides.
- Stay up to date on emerging technologies.
- Convert normal HTML to reusable component libraries.
- Monitor & guide Junior Front End Developers on executing the projects involved.
Job Requirements:
- Possessed a Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma / Professional Certificate in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or any IT related field
- Minimum 5 years of proven working experience as a Front End Developer
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with browser testing and debugging.
- In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment)
- Provide suggestion/solutions on client’s change request.
- Communicate well with different teams without conflict, especially when it comes to working together to complete task.
- Hands on experience with frontend technology reactjs, redux, sass/scss, ES5/6, nodejs
- Experience in solving problems like caching, pagination and etc.
- Knowledgeable on web services and able to integrate API into website.
- Knowledgeable on mobile responsive approach
- Familiar with Git Repository
- Experience in monitoring & guiding a team of Junior Front End Developers is highly preferred.
